I have for sale my 1988 Lancia Delta HF 1.6 twin cam turbo, the car has what i consider to be minor cosmetic corrosion and its structure is solid. It would take little work to sort this out and it would be a very tidy collectors car.
Over the last two years i have looked after this car no expense spared and below is a list of the work done, i have covered less than 600 miles in that time period as this is not my main vehicle.
Complete clutch fitted.
New rear discs and pads.
New front discs and EBC green stuff race pads.
Two new front calipers.
Fully re built T25 hybrid turbo with 360 degree thrust bearings.
Poly competition front suspension bushes.
Lowered by 40mm with competition springs.
Four new Yokohama A048 road legal race tyres medium compound, size 195/60/14 these have covered less than 60 miles and are the best tyre available.
These parts alone not including labour come to £1460
The car has no tax or test but should fly through the MOT with some very minor work, do not expect a new car as you may have to replace the odd bulb etc and being a Lancia you may have the standard on going electrical gremlins. for the MOT it will need an exhaust as this has started to blow but i doubt you will need much more that this.
The car starts first time drives A1 and with the work i have done it corners and stops like its on rails, it has had an intergrale drivers seat fitted for a more sporty feel. The interior is in very good condition. As you can see it has a rear spoiler that you can adjust as req.
So there you have it , a very solid Delta with little work to do for the MOT and of course the car is very quick even though i run it with standard boost, if you increase this it would be awesome but i have gone for reliability.
