EBAY AUCTION ONLY! - ENDS 19 Oct, 201118:19:09 BST

Seller Description:

111,700 miles.

This is an auction for a fantastic condition Lancia Delta Integrale 8v. I have spent a considerable amount of money over the last few months returning it to original condition. The latest big bills are as follows:
  • Auto Integrale: Recon starter, BC Coilovers, CV joint, rear pads and discs: £1,634.64
  • Four Toyo Proxes: £237.69
  • Recon 16v wheels: £500
The car is completely standard apart from:
  • BC Racing adjustable coilovers which transform the handling and are a world away from the original tired shocks
  • Powerflex bushes fitted all round - together with the shocks both acknowledged as definite improvements
  • Non-standard back exhaust box (looks and sounds fine)
  • 16v wheels: they look similar to the 8v wheels but are slightly wider and look a lot better. They have been fully reconditioned and are as new
  • Evo Momo Corse steering wheel
The engine is excellent, the interior is in very good condition and the car is an absolute pleasure to drive. It has been regularly serviced and comes with a massive folder of old MOTs and receipts going back to the early 90s. It passed its MOT in August: it only failed on one CV boot, washer jets and headlight aim and beam. It comes with 10 months’ MOT and 6 months' tax. The radio shown in the pictures is not included in the sale but I'll include a Sony face-off CD player.

The body of the car is one of the most solid you’ll find – there’s one small patch of rust on an outer sill which came up as an advisory on the MOT but apart from this it’s spotless underneath. Cosmetically I’d give it 7 out of 10 considering its age. There are a few cosmetic rust spots, stone chips on the bonnet and the passenger door has a large mark in the paint although it’s completely straight, solid and rust-free. If you wanted the car to be perfect it would need a respray, but as a good, useable car, with the rust treated and the passenger door sprayed it’d be more than adequate.

The good points
  • BC Racing coilover adjustable shock absorbers fitted in April
  • Powerflex bushes all round
  • 16v wheels in immaculate condition, just reconditioned with 4 brand new centre caps
  • Toyo Proxes all round - about 1,000 miles wear
  • Interior generally excellent (slight wear to front outer bolster on driver's side)
  • Turrets are solid, the back of the roof is fine and everywhere else on the car is remarkably solid, particularly underneath
  • Cambelt and tensioner changed just over 6,000 miles ago
  • Green check light on the dash with no warning lights showing
  • Big folder of receipts
  • New battery in June
  • New side-skirt badges
  • Scorpion Thatcham approved alarm, fully working and reliable. Comes with certification documents
  • New retro number plates with original font
  • Correct parcel shelf
  • Correct spacesaver spare
  • Tailor made mats
  • Evo Momo Corse steering wheel
  • Original rare wind deflector on driver's wiper.
The bad points
  • As with any car of this age it's not perfect. The interior is excellent apart from the sunroof lining which is manky, but I have a spare sunroof which will be included in the auction. The interior fan is a bit intermittent, one wheel bearing is a little noisy, a couple of lenses at the front are cracked (but work fine) and the bodywork has some marks as already mentioned.
Viewing is highly recommended, and any inspection is welcome. Please note you will require proof of insurance if you wish to test drive the car.
